The Vecinos Cup at Polo Park Zürich was a true celebration of sport, elegance, and community. In a privileged setting, guests came together to enjoy an exceptional day of polo marked by camaraderie and prestige.
We were especially honored by the presence of H.E. Ambassador of Argentina in Switzerland, Gustavo Lunazzi, accompanied by Mrs. Raquel Lunazzi. Their participation gave the event an added distinction and highlighted the strong cultural and diplomatic ties between Argentina and Switzerland.
The day was also shared with Sébastien Le Page and Morgan Van Overbroek, owners of Polo Park Zürich, whose leadership and passion for the sport were central to the success of the event. Representing the Argentine-Swiss Chamber of Commerce, our President, Moira Gonzalez Smith, and Secretary, Germán Castellano, joined this gathering, reinforcing the Chamber’s commitment to fostering dialogue, tradition, and networking among our members.
Beyond the competition on the field, the Vecinos Cup was an opportunity to connect, exchange, and celebrate Argentina’s rich polo heritage in one of Switzerland’s premier polo venues. It was a day that reminded us why polo is not only a sport of tradition and excellence, but also a bridge that unites communities and cultures.
